Narrowing the Gender Gap (NGG) is the newest women's national training initiative of StratHR Solutions Inc. The Narrowing the Gender Gap Training Program has two career pathways:
The Employment Pathway
The Employment Pathway is designed for women who want to re-enter the workforce and are unsure of how to go about it. The main purpose of this group is to inculcate the right knowledge to make them employable and help them gain and maintain employment.
The Entrepreneurship Pathway
The Entrepreneurship Pathway is designed for Women who are keen on starting up a business or growing a business they already have. The focus of this group is to empower the women who participate to become successful and grow their business to great heights.
Maximizing Potentials - Overcoming Shame - Restoring Dignity
NGG is a free bilingual and national job readiness program, specifically designed to train, equip and support Canadian women impacted by domestic violence, intimate partner violence and or family violence with employability skill for success. If you are a women impacted by domestic violence seeking financial freedom, this program is for you.
If you are reentering the workforce or having trouble keeping a job due to postDV or you never worked before now, this program is for you.
Effective and Result Driven Career Coaching Virtually or in Person
